Terms of Use for WePost.SG

1. Acceptance of Terms

The www.wepost.sg website (the “Site”) is operated by WePost.SG Pte Ltd (“WePost.SG”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site. WePost.SG may modify these Terms of Use at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Legal Employment

All job postings submitted through WePost.SG must be for legal employment opportunities under Singaporean law, specifically the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations. Job postings must not be for sales, multi-level marketing (MLM), or any other non-employment purposes.

3. Confidentiality of Resumes

Resumes received through WePost.SG are confidential and must not be disclosed or sold to third parties for non-employment purposes. Employment practices must adhere to Singaporean law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of resumes and using them solely for employment purposes.

4. Handling of Employee Resumes

You may receive resumes from current or former employees. Such information must be kept confidential and used exclusively for the purpose of employment. Unauthorized disclosure or use of this information is prohibited.

5. Non-Discrimination

In accordance with Singapore Employment Law, employment decisions must be based on merit and should not involve any form of discrimination.

6. Limitation of Liability

WePost.SG does not guarantee that job postings will result in suitable candidates. We are not responsible for any failure to provide suitable candidates or any issues related to the suitability of candidates for hire. The Site and related information are provided “as is,” and WePost.SG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. WePost.SG shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site.

7. Use of the Site

Except for information, products, or services clearly identified as being supplied by WePost.SG, the Site does not control or endorse any third-party information, products, or services. WePost.SG does not guarantee that files available for downloading will be free of viruses or other harmful code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures for data protection and error correction.

8. Copyright, Licenses, and Idea Submissions

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any legal action concerning these Terms must be brought in Singapore. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. WePost.SG may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any party at any time.
